WHY WE USE THIS TEST: 

The GI Map is a comprehensive stool test that gives very important data shedding light on the integrity of your gut health. It tests for things like inflammation, infection, parasites, bacterial overgrowth, yeast, immune dysfunction in the gut, and more.

PRICING:

GI Map - The cash price for this test is $389.

GI Map with Zonulin  - The cash price for this test is $453.

You will provide a credit card number on the requisition that comes with the test kit.

PPO INSURANCE INFORMATION:

If you have PPO insurance, you can pay an insurance deposit instead of the cash price. If your insurance pays for the entire cost of the lab, you will be reimbursed the deposit you paid. If insurance does not pay, your total out of pocket cost will be the cash price.

GI Map with Zonulin - Insurance deposit of $218.
