I haven’t felt like myself in a while. There are many things to take care of in a day. Now, a decline in my health has weighed down on top of it all. Sure, I could go to the gym more or make better food choices, but what I AM doing hasn’t worked. I know I don’t want to take prescription drugs for the rest of my life. At this point, I prefer better care over quicker care.
