Hey guys welcome to our video series on fasting. That word might scare you a little bit. I know it scares a lot of my patients when we first start talking about it, but I have found fasting to be an incredibly valuable tool—especially for my patients who are struggling with weight loss, struggling with diabetes, or insulin resistance, or PCOS.
